She currently works as a human relations officer at the Direction de la protection de la jeunesse (DPJ), where she supports young people and their families and collaborates with various professionals and community resources.

Her career has also involved working with immigrant families, people in vulnerable situations, and newcomers through support and integration services.

Trained in finance, auditing, and management, Yvonne Kondé has diverse experience in accounting, administration, and customer service. Thorough, organized, and versatile, she contributes to the smooth running of Alliance Talents Québec’s administration and operations.

At the agency, Yvonne coordinates activities with clients and partners in Senegal, handles administrative follow-up on files, and manages invoicing and certain financial operations.

Her organizational skills, adaptability, and experience serving an international clientele also enable her to act as a liaison between operations in Québec and Senegal.
